If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we may contact you to offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement product, alternative size or colour, store credit where accepted, or a refund where appropriate.
3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

A. Processing Time.
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after your order has been placed.
Processing times may be longer during busy periods, holidays, product launches, sales events or promotional campaigns.
B. Delivery Time.
The average delivery time is usually between 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location, shipping carrier, product availability and fulfilment partner.
In some cases, delivery may take up to 21 business days due to international shipping, customs procedures, carrier delays, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
C. Shipping Origin.
Orders may be shipped directly from our supplier, fulfilment partner or warehouse.
In some cases, products may be shipped internationally, including from suppliers or fulfilment partners located outside Australia.
D. Shipping Delays.
Delays may occur due to high demand, customs procedures, local delivery disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@covegolfcompany.nl so we can review the situation and assist where possible.
E. Customs, Duties and Import Charges.
Because some orders may be shipped internationally, customs duties, import taxes or additional local charges may apply depending on the destination country.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise during checkout.
Cove Golf is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, import checks or local authorities.
5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Shipping Information.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@covegolfcompany.nl.
Address changes cannot always be guaranteed once an order has entered processing, fulfilment or shipping.
Cove Golf is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
B. Delivery Attempts and Collection.
Customers are responsible for responding to carrier delivery attempts and collecting packages from pickup points, parcel lockers, local post offices or delivery locations where required.
Where permitted by law, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs, return fees or re-shipping costs caused by failure to collect a package, refusal of delivery, incorrect address details or failure to pay applicable customs duties, import taxes or local charges.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

B. Cancellations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cove Golf is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity or loss of data arising from the use of our website, products or services.
B. Delivery Issues.
If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation at info@covegolfcompany.nl.
We will review the tracking details and, where appropriate, contact the shipping carrier or fulfilment partner to investigate the issue.
Customers should also check with household members, neighbours, building management, parcel lockers, local post offices or the local carrier, as packages may sometimes be left in a safe place or delivered according to local carrier instructions.
Cove Golf is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or misplaced after confirmed delivery where the carrier has provided valid delivery confirmation, unless required under applicable consumer law.
C. Events Outside Our Control.
Cove Golf is not responsible for delays or failure to perform where caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, weather events, strikes, supply chain disruptions, technical failures, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions or other unforeseen circumstances.

All content on the Cove Golf website, including text, images, product photography, graphics, logos, branding, designs, icons, layouts and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Cove Golf.
This content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, displayed, sold or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Cove Golf.

A. Proper Use.
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with website security, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful code, scrape content, copy materials or use our website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined with other offers.

We aim to respond to complaints within 5 business days and work towards a suitable solution.
If additional investigation is required, response times may be longer.
