RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Cove Golf, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully before submitting a return request.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit, exclude or replace any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws, including the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
A. Return Window.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
A return request can only be submitted after you have physically received the item.
B. Item Condition.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unused
• Unwashed
• Undamaged
• Free from stains, odours, marks or signs of wear
• Returned in their original condition
• Returned with all tags, labels and original packaging where applicable
Trying on items to check fit is permitted. However, wearing the item beyond trying it on is not allowed.
C. Items That May Not Be Accepted.
Cove Golf may refuse a return if the item is not returned in saleable condition, shows signs of wear, has been washed, damaged, altered, stained or is missing original tags or labels.
Ordering multiple sizes or items with the intention of returning part of the order is discouraged and may be refused where misuse is suspected, subject to applicable consumer rights.
2. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
A. Customer Responsibility.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise required to be covered by applicable consumer law.
This may include international shipping costs, courier fees, customs duties, import charges or any other costs related to returning the item.
B. International Returns.
Our suppliers and fulfilment partners operate internationally. In some cases, the return address may be located outside Australia.
Where applicable, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions after your return request has been approved.
3. HOW TO START A RETURN
A. Return Request.

B. Return Instructions.
Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Please do not send items back before your return request has been approved.
Returns sent without approval or to the wrong address may not be accepted.
C. Tracked Shipping.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.
Cove Golf is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit without tracking or proof of shipment.
4. REFUNDS
A. Refund Processing.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected at the return address, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and display the refund.
B. Refund Amount.
Refunds cover the product price of the returned item.
Original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs duties, import charges and additional delivery fees are non-refundable, unless required under applicable consumer law.
C. Refused Refunds.
Cove Golf reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the return conditions outlined in this policy.
This includes items that are worn, washed, damaged, stained, altered, missing tags or returned outside the return window.
5. DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
A. Reporting an Issue.
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

B. Review Process.
Once we receive your message, we will review the issue and may request additional information if needed.

6. EXCHANGES
A. Size or Colour Exchanges.
We may offer exchanges for a different size or colour where available.
Exchange availability depends on stock, product availability and fulfilment options.
B. Exchange Shipping Costs.
If you request an exchange due to size, colour or preference, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
If the exchange is due to a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, we will review the situation in line with applicable consumer law.
7. CANCELLATIONS

8. LIABILITY AND ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Cove Golf is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Where permitted by law, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs, return fees or re-shipping costs caused by incorrect address details, refusal of delivery, failure to collect a package or failure to pay applicable customs duties, import taxes or local charges.
C. Delivered Packages.
If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation at:

Customers should also check with household members, neighbours, building management, parcel lockers, local post offices or the local carrier.
Cove Golf is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or misplaced after confirmed delivery where the carrier has provided valid delivery confirmation, unless required under applicable consumer law.
9. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items may not be eligible for return, unless faulty or required under applicable consumer law:
• Items worn beyond trying on
• Washed items
• Damaged items caused by customer handling
• Items with stains, odours, marks or signs of wear
• Items missing original tags or labels

• Final sale items, where clearly stated at the time of purchase
