SHIPPING POLICY

At Cove Golf, we strive to process and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped and delivered, and what you can expect after placing an order with us.

1. PROCESSING TIME

A. Order Processing.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after your order has been placed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

B. Busy Periods.

Processing times may be longer during busy periods, holidays, product launches, sales events or promotional campaigns.

2. DELIVERY TIME

A. Estimated Delivery Time.

The average delivery time is usually between 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location, shipping carrier, product availability and fulfilment partner.

In some cases, delivery may take up to 21 business days due to international shipping, customs procedures, carrier delays, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

B. Possible Delays.

Delays may occur due to high demand, customs procedures, local delivery disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. SHIPPING METHOD AND ORIGIN

A. Shipping Origin.

Orders may be shipped directly from our supplier, fulfilment partner or warehouse.

In some cases, products may be shipped internationally, including from suppliers or fulfilment partners located outside Australia.

B. International Shipping.

Because some orders may be shipped internationally, customs duties, import taxes or additional local charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise during checkout.

Cove Golf is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, import checks or local authorities.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

A. Shipping Fees.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Shipping fees may depend on the destination, order value, product weight, selected shipping method and available shipping options.

B. Changes to Shipping Options.

Cove Golf reserves the right to adjust shipping methods, delivery options and shipping prices when necessary.

5. TRACKING INFORMATION

A. Tracking Updates.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email, where tracking is available.

Please allow some time for tracking details to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

B. Tracking Delays.

In some cases, tracking information may take several days to update due to carrier processing times, international shipping procedures or handover between shipping partners.

6. RESPONSIBILITY DURING SHIPPING

A. Delivered Packages.

If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation at info@covegolfcompany.nl.

We will review the tracking details and, where appropriate, contact the shipping carrier or fulfilment partner to investigate the issue.

Customers should also check with household members, neighbours, building management, parcel lockers, local post offices or the local carrier, as packages may sometimes be left in a safe place or delivered according to local carrier instructions.

Cove Golf is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or misplaced after confirmed delivery where the carrier has provided valid delivery confirmation, unless required under applicable consumer law.

B. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@covegolfcompany.nl.

Address changes cannot always be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Cove Golf is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package or failure to pay required customs duties, import taxes or local charges, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs, return fees or re-shipping costs, where permitted by law.

7. LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

A. Delayed Orders.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@covegolfcompany.nl so we can review the situation and assist where possible.

Delivery delays may occur due to carrier delays, customs procedures, local delivery disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, high demand or other circumstances outside our control.

B. Lost Orders.

If a package appears to be lost in transit, we may contact the shipping carrier or fulfilment partner to investigate.

If the package is confirmed as lost in transit, Cove Golf will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund or other suitable solution depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

C. Customer Responsibility.

Cove Golf may not be responsible for delivery issues caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
• Refusal of delivery
• Failure to collect the package from a pickup point, parcel locker or local post office
• Failure to respond to carrier delivery attempts
• Failure to pay applicable customs duties, import taxes or local charges
• Delivery restrictions at the address provided by the customer
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier with valid delivery confirmation, unless required otherwise by applicable law

8. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

A. Order Changes.

If you need to change your order or shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

We will do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing, fulfilment or shipping.

B. Cancellations.

Order cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been processed, fulfilled or shipped.

If you would like to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@covegolfcompany.nl.

9. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages, depending on product availability, supplier location or fulfilment process.

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, items may arrive separately and tracking information may be provided for each shipment where available.

10. UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to sender because of incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package or unpaid customs duties or import charges, we will review the situation.

Where permitted by law, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs, return fees, re-shipping costs or charges related to the returned package.

11. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to limit, exclude or replace any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws, including the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
